Levana Protocol Community Update
Future Dragon Riders,
First, we’d like to say thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these turbulent skies. Levana’s community is second to none. Bringing value and delight to you is the beating heart of our mission, and will always be our focus. This post serves as a snapshot and update on the happenings behind the scenes at Levana.
Since the chaos of UST’s depegging, our team has been working tirelessly to determine the best path forward.
Many have inquired as to whether Levana intends to remain on Terra, and relaunch on the Terra 2.0 chain. A key value driver that attracted us to Terra was UST; a decentralized currency for a decentralized economy. Without UST, and due to the resulting fracture of confidence in Terra, we feel it would be a disservice to remain on Terra without examining all possible options as we move forward.
Levana’s goal of onboarding a massive audience to Web3 via decentralized applications and GameFi products remains unchanged. For the past few weeks we’ve evaluated more than 15 blockchains to find an ideal new home. At present our team is deep diving into several of these ecosystems before making a final decision, which we hope to share with you next week (Week of June 6).
Levana was among the very few teams on Terra who did not go dark as the difficult events in early May unfolded. Transparency and openness cultivate trust, the most important component in our community. We build and learn with you, we grow with you, we delight with you, and we foster resiliency with you.
Levana’s weekly AMAs on Twitter and Discord will continue; each Thursday at 5:30 pm UTC we’ll host a Twitter Space, and every Monday at 5pm UTC we’ll hold a Discord AMA. Additional times will be shared as they are confirmed.
Spreading Wings
The Terra ecosystem is our spiritual home. Like Superman’s homeplanet of Krypton, Levana homeplanet of Terra Classic has been devastated, reduced to a shadow of its former glory, and the dragons flung into space. We mourn for our homeworld; not of Krypton, but of Crypton.
Levana’s vision has always included cross-chain interoperability; due to the upheaval, those plans have been sped up. At present we continue meetings with representatives of several ecosystems; reviewing the projects on them and the opportunities that lie within.
Dragon Wallets & Chain Warping
Levana is committed to safely transporting your Levana NFTs with us to our new home, wherever we land. To safely migrate Levana NFTs, we have created Dragon Wallets; connective points between Terra and our eventual new home. Instructions for creating these wallets are below.
Levana NFTs eligible for migration include Dragon Eggs, Meteor Dust and Levana Loot. You must crack all meteors and nest all eggs before June 8, so their contents make the journey with us. Meteor cracking and egg nesting remain available at https://dragons.levana.finance/.
Egg nesting still requires matching Meteor dust; if you are lacking Meteor Dust, head to our Discord where our community is actively helping players attain meteor dust. If the community is unable to help you find the meteor dust with the composition you’re searching for, fill in this form; we cannot guarantee you’ll receive the dust you require, but we are actively collecting data to understand what people need in their egg nesting journey to try to help.
What are Dragon Wallets?
It is important to note that Dragon Wallets are NOT asset holding wallets; they are not wallets at all. Rather, these Dragon Wallets help build a connection point between your existing Levana NFTs and our eventual new home. Should Terra Classic go dark, Dragon Wallets will allow you to warp your NFTs to our new home. Only the holder of the Dragon Wallet seed phrase will have access to warping their NFTs over. Do not lose your seed phrase or key…
The process for setting up a Dragon Wallet is as follows:
- Connect your Terra wallet (using Classic) at https://dragonwallet.levana.finance/
- Review Warpable Levana NFTs
- Create Dragon Wallet Seed Phrase and Key and store it safely
- Confirm the page refreshed and a “Ready to Warp” message is displayed
Dragon Wallet Facts
The Levana Dragon Wallets were launched on May 26, 2022. Over 1,000 wallets were created in the first few hours. On May 27, the launch of Terra 2.0 broke Terra Station. It took our team around 24 hours to find and fix the issues, and we apologize to anyone who had trouble connecting during that time.
In the days since, new challenges have cropped up due to additional changes made to the Terra blockchain. We have posted additional workarounds below.
For any inquiries or issues with your Dragon Wallet setup, please communicate on our Discord’s Support channel and a mod will assist you.
Dragon Wallet Bug Workarounds
Due to the instability of Luna Classic’s blockchain, challenges have been reported while interacting with the Dragon Wallets, especially for Ledger users. Our team has provided these possible workarounds:
- Ledger support workflow 1: To manually send messages to the smart contract- follow the on screen instructions below
- Ledger support workaround 2: Move a small amount of funds with a memo field.
- Ledger support workflow 3: Move your Levana NFTs to a “hot” wallet until warping

If you see the message at the bottom of the screen in red, that states “Transaction failed to execute, please try again”, try again using the following link; this link is an older instance before the 3.0 Terra Station upgrade: https://dragonwallet-old-js.levana.finance/
Faction War 1 Talisman snapshots were completed, and your future rewards are listed on Factions.levana.finance.
Unstaking Talismans from the Faction War site is no longer required. After making a Dragon Wallet for the wallet that staked your Talisman, Talisman will be auto included when you warp them. Creation of your dragon wallet is not the Warp. Warping is the next step, and you’ll need to come back to your Dragon Wallet when the warping process is ready.
Mystery Warp NFT collection
As a thank you and bonus for keeping cool and remaining with us, Levana’s team has secretly been working on a unique new NFT collection. This collection is exclusive for our community and to Terra friends who were Rekt during the depeg event. Bring your rekt self with us on our journey across space and time, and you’ll be eligible to mint one of these NFTs in our new home.
In addition to the new NFT collection, additional surprises await once our new home is announced. Levana baby dragons will be well cared for, along with their riders.

The resilience of Levana’s community, composed of adventurers, explorers, and freethinkers pushing the boundaries of Web3 and GameFi, is not taken lightly. Dragons symbolize crypto, leverage, and rebirth — rebirth of freedom through decentralization.
